What's more, you can complete the experience with a very special cooking demonstration: a local chef will reveal the secrets of Roses' cuisine while you taste the town's star dish - Roses «suquet de peix» (fish stew) - paired with DO Empordà wines. A delicious way to connect with the local flavours!
