In our school we will teach you the necessary techniques for you to start SUP with complete autonomy and safety.

These techniques are:

• Pre-sup warm-up exercises and post-sup stretching

• Types and modalities of SUP

• Rowing

•Get on the board: crossing and surfing position

•Turns

•Pass the break with waves

• Safety at sea

The courses always end with an excursion through the fantastic northern area of Cap de Creus.
