elBulli1846 is located in Cala Montjoi, in the heart of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, in the same place where the elBulli restaurant had been.

We propose a tour of a place of extraordinary beauty where the most important milestones in the history of elBulli are displayed, providing an explanation of the methodology that applies to all of its foundation’s projects. Homage is paid to the “Bullinianos”, the people who put the name of Roses on the gastronomic elite map and the innovative capacity that elBulli has demonstrated throughout its trajectory.

A visit to the museum will allow you to understand why the paradigm of world cuisine changed in this place and, at the same time, reflect on your own relationship with knowledge and innovation.
