Bim’s bistrot mediterrani, a combination of tradition and creativity within a relax and confortable ambiance. A special spot of the hotel to enjoy, facing the Mediterranean sea, a light meal any time of the day, to dine indoors or outside in the terrace by the pool. A selection from salads, carpaccios, cheeses, fresh fish from the bay of Roses, sandwiches to hamburgers. The chef and his team have created a selection of dishes based on seasonal and local products from the region, the Alt Empordà.
