Palace of Congresses

The Roses Conference Center is a spectacular building, which won the FAD 2003 award, equipped with several multipurpose spaces to hold congresses, conventions and work meetings.

It is located in the center of the town of Roses and occupies a large open space made up of a 1,300 m2 square and a parking lot with capacity for 100 vehicles.

Audience

This is the main space of the building. The seats are located on retractable stands so that they can be removed, leaving an open space of 383 m2 useful, where any type of event can be held. Its maximum capacity, in the theater, is 410 people, with 6 spaces for wheelchairs. The stage occupies a space of 185 m2.

Main Room

168 m2 rectangular space that functions as the auditorium lobby. It is the place mostly chosen to serve coffee breaks and is ideal for conferences, press conferences and cocktails. It is separated from the Hall of Mirrors by a removable platform so that it can become a 282 m2 space for holding any activity. It has two entrances to the first floor of the building.

Hall of Mirrors

114 m2 rectangular space. Receives natural light through a raised opening. It is accessed through the Main Room, or from the outside of the building. It can be joined with the Main Room and form a single space of 282 m2. It is ideal for coffee breaks and as a sample exhibition space.
