The mild temperatures of autumn invite you to take your bike and do some cycling in nature!

There are routes for all types of bikes (gravel, MTB, road) and for all levels. If you like a quiet ride, the route through the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park is the best option to see the most interesting wildlife. For mountain bikes, the Roses - Cap de Creus route will take you to the north and you will see the wonderful landscape of the Cap de Creus Natural Park. For road bikes, there are routes to cross the border to Banyuls.
